Intimate Literary Encounters
A textual analysis series that invites you to join me as I get close and personal with different essays, songs, and poems written throughout history. Page-by-page I’ll analyze and critique the text through different philosophical, sociological, and anthropological lenses in an effort to 1) bridge gaps between the past and the present and 2) illustrate the ever-present properties of the past.

—If you’d like to suggest an essay, song, or poem for me to analyze in the future please tweet me @JesiVTaylor, DM me on instagram @MoonTwerk, or comment on any of these Intimate Literary Encounters posts.
